I use 250w blue spectrum for veg and 200w red spectrum soon to be 300w for flowering.

Used 400w hps bulb great results but very expensive to run along side ma wilma 4 pot drip system (Refresh water nutrients weekly an monitor ph) and small fan. ma 1st time wit CFLs.

I think there great so far jus think it takes a lil longer to go thru flowering process. I have 4 plants and decided to top light up to 300 make sure theres enuff on friday. only 4 wk in so see how i get on hopefully nice budage lol

Dry in a convection oven on very low approx 40C.

Put oven on 3 – 4 times a day for about 30 mins. Ensure air is circulating! Place on pieces of paper i.e. half sheets of A4 will do, raise large buds by laying across small pieces of wood, turn regularly.

Takes from 48 hours to 4 or 5 days to dry right through depending on size. Leave buds in oven except for when using the oven for cooking. Does excellently!

Yes it is normal. Your plant is trying to put all its energy into the buds. My plant is 5ft tall and 6 weeks into flowering and it has been dropping leaves since the buds have started filling out.
