Wild Marijuana Growing in London These are not the type of plants that usually grow in the streets of England’s capital city. Evidence of some extensive guerrilla gardening has become apparent in the heart of one of the world’s leading cities. Those beautiful, familiar, serrated leaves have been found growing along the South Bank of the river Thames, a massive skateboarding icon area and right outside the Tower of London with the Shard building in the background. Although it is technically illegal to grow marijuana in the UK, it is not illegal to feed cannabis seeds to the birds. The plants are suspected to be part of a campaign, but as far as we are concerned, wild growing marijuana plants are just beautiful, wherever you find them.
